For added convenience to you, Osmio Water can arrange your installation with one of our accredited plumbers.

We know how difficult it can be to find good and reliable plumbers to carry out work on your home so we take away this problem by working with plumbers who we know are reliable, who provide very high quality work and customer service and do a good, clean job.

Our plumbers are self-employed professionals who have all the appropriate training and experience and who have been trained in and/or have already fitted the system you have purchased. Before a plumber can sign up with us, we check their insurance is valid and that they have positive customer reviews of references. In fact, most of our customers will retain the services of our plumbers for work on boilers, bathrooms and so on. 

The Process - 3 Easy Steps 

Step 1 - Finding the right system for you

Simply choose the product(s) you want. You can call our helpful and knowledgeable sales team on 0330 113 7181 if you need any help choosing. On the product page, before you add to your cart, click on the check box to Add Installation to your order. (NB - on some products there may be a box that says "Contact me about Installation" - this is where we cannot provide a fixed price and a separate quote needs to be provided due to the potential for adjustments that may or may not be required to install the system.)

Step 2 - Arranging a date and time that suits you

After your purchase is complete, you will receive a telephone call or email from our Sales Team or our plumber to arrange a suitable time for you to have the installation carried out. For the actual day of the install, our plumber may give you a 2-3 hour window of time for them, to arrive to carry out the work. In some cases installations can take place on evenings or weekends to work around your schedule.

Step 3 - The day of the installation

Expect a good clean job. Our plumbers use Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) and will identify any risks before carrying out the job.Our plumbers will carry out checks after the work is complete and take you through the system and installation. They will also be able to answer any questions you have and demonstrate how to change your filters if you want to know. You can rest assured that if there is ever a problem, our plumbers will return quickly to rectify it.
